This website (the Site) is maintained by Facts Fodina, owned and operated by Meticulous Insights Research Pvt Ltd. The term Panel refers to the Facts Fodina online community of individuals participating in surveys and other research activities.
Individuals may use this Site solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Becoming a member of the Panel is free of charge, and participation in all activities is voluntary. Members may unsubscribe from the Panel at any time without charge or obligation.
Membership in the Facts Fodina Panel is open to individuals who are at least 15 years old. Membership is unique to one individual with a valid email address, and duplicate memberships under multiple identities are prohibited.
Certain sections of the Site are accessible only to registered Panel members. To join the Panel, individuals must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of any rewards or incentives.
During registration, members are required to create a username, and a password will be sent via email. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and will be held accountable for any unauthorized use of their accounts.
Panel members may specify their preferred frequency of survey invitations in their profiles. However, survey invitations are subject to availability, and there is no guarantee of receiving a specific number of invitations. Participation in surveys is always voluntary.
The Site is provided as is without any warranties, express or implied. Facts Fodina does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality of the Site and is not liable for any damages resulting from its use.
